ORDERING ON-LINE
After you have entered your purchase details and credit card details and clicked "ADD to BAG" your order begins to process and online changes cannot be made to your order. To change or cancel your order prior to shipment, please email orders@thebeautymark.com.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Occasionally a product may be unavailable – we will be happy to contact you via email when it is back in stock.

RETURNS
We hope that you are thrilled with your purchase from the The Beauty Mark. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we will gladly exchange unopened merchandise for a store credit within 30 days of the origional purchase. All jewelry sales are final. Please note: Due to the personal nature of beauty products we cannot accept returns on any used or opened items for further information please read Terms and Conditions - RETURN AND REFUND and WARRANTY CLAIM.

Please follow the information provided to return goods to The Beauty Mark:

Please email our customer service quoting your order number on orders@thebeautymark.com to obtain a returns authorization number (RAN). When you have received your RAN, please enter it into the space provided on the returns form included in the documentation that will be emailed to you. You also need to indicate on this form whether you would like a credit or replacement of warranty goods. Please remember that in order for the return to be processed you must ensure that the completed form is included with your return package and that the goods are wrapped securely in the same outer packaging in which you received them. Please return your package by registered mail and ensure that you keep your receipt as proof of postage.

All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund or replacement has been processed. During busy periods, please allow a maximum of 30 working days for your store credit or replacement to be processed. Your payment for the goods will be refunded by The Beauty Mark as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 30 working days after we have received the goods. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded.
